Requirements
Prerequisites: Data Science: The AI Journey assumes knowledge of Python at the level of writing your own functions and accessing libraries via dot-notation.
If you are new to Python, or want to get better, select a package that includes “Python” above (or try 1-1 Customizable Classes: From Python to Deep Learning)
Ages: 12-14, 15-18.
Hardware/Software: Computer with internet connection good enough for Zoom.

Data Science: The AI Journey meets on Zoom from July 14 - Aug 1 2025, Weekdays, 9:15am-12:45pm PDT - 3 weeks, 52.5 hours.
Code Confidently in Python meets the week before on Zoom from July 7-11, 9:15am-12:45pm PDT - 1 week, +17.5 hours.
AI in Action: Teaching Machines to See meets the week after on Zoom from Aug 4-8, 9:15am-12:45pm PDT - 1 week, +17.5 hours.
Class
Interactive lectures are taught live by senior staff.
Small cohorts of 8 or fewer students grouped by age and coding experience are led by data science instructors with assistants.
Information on student background in coding will be collected via survey after you click “Enroll” above.
